Game Review : The Mad Murderer

The Mad Murderer, a truly magnificent game. This game was created by ROBLOX user loleris and his group, MAD STUDIOs. The game, brings in around 2.5k - 4.5k consecutive players onto the game daily, and currently has more than 7.4 million place visits. This highly popular game is updated nearly daily, but these updates are fairly small. The Mad Murderer is a game which gives out player points for winning the game. The objective of the game is fairly simple. One person out of the server is the Murderer, one person is the sheriff, and the rest are innocent people. The goal of the murderer is to kill the sheriff and innocents before they are killed themselves. The goal of the sheriff is to identify the murderer and kill them. When you are an innocent, your job is to stay alive until the murderer is shot and killed, or retrieve the revolver after the sheriff is killed. The amount of player points you receive varies over periods of time, and tends to change every other week or so. When you are playing the game, the match has a timer on it, so that the round doesn't go on forever if the murderer is afk. The more people the murderer kills, the more time is added to the clock. When you spawn as the murderer, there is a brief 10 second waiting period before you receive the knife. Some of the more effective ways of murdering is to kill groups of people clustered together, identify the sheriff, or pretend you are innocent and wait until around 20 seconds left when everyone's guard is down and then strike. Now, when you are the sheriff, you want to lay low until the murderer is identified, that way you can kill them. If you are killed, your gun is dropped (The murderer cannot pick this up), and green sparkles appear around it so that it is easily recognizable. Any innocent can pick this up and become the next sheriff, and if that sheriff dies, then the cycle continues. Finally, if you are innocent, then the best thing to do is to avoid people as best as possible until you are sure of who the murderer is. After that then try to either stay hidden or lookout for the revolver. There are upgrades you can buy when you are the murderer, such as the shape-shifter ability, this allows you to change form one time into another person. Or the bulletproof ability, which keeps you protected from the first bullet that hits you so that you don't die. When you are innocent, there are some fun items you can buy such as Bloxy cola and a heart shaped balloon (Murderer items last one round, Innocent items last multiple rounds). Sadly, you cannot buy anything to upgrade yourself when you are a sheriff (for now). When I say buy, I mean with credits, not ROBUX. Credits are awarded as a login reward (every 12 hours). The alternative to the login award is buying them with robux, they go from very small prices to a heaping 10,000 robux for 50,000 credits. (F.Y.I, 50,000 credits is enough to last nearly a lifetime in the game). In all, the Mad Murderer is a great game, it almost gets 5/5 Stars, but I'm going to give it 4.5/5 since it lacks more than 4 maps, and that the lobby is fairly boring. Other than that, I absolutely love the game.
